The role of the new Higher Education Professions for the redesign of teaching and studying (HOPRO)


Abstract
The project examined the role of the so-called "new higher education professionals"  for the increase in quality in teaching and learning. For this purpose a quantitative, structural and organizational inventory of the new higher education professionals was generated and the activities of higher education professionals from the perspective of these individuals have been analyzed.Another objective of this study was to detect changes in the teaching-related activities of the university teaching profession as a result of these separate professionalism, and also to estimate the effects of separate and additional professionalism to teaching and learning in higher education.
