Knowledge Management in Production System Planning. In SMEs, knowledge management is given a minor role, although the use of suitable knowledge methods in projects makes sense. To support the knowledge-intensive process of planning knowledge has to be worked out, identified and targeted. Therefore, this contribution presents a knowledge management method set using within the production system planning and transferring to a planning procedure model. This approach offers production engineers a systematic access to the methods as well as a context-sensitive access to projectspecific knowledge.
