Abstract
Kerstin Janson conducts an empirical explorative study about the instrument "graduate survey" for the university as organisation. The underlying purpose is to identify the possible range of applications of graduate surveys as an instrument for higher education management, strategic planning. marketing purposes and quality assurance. With the help of case studies, conditions, potential benefits and obstacles for the effective application inside of the organisation shall be analysed as well as characteristics of "good practice" presented.
