Structural Variance in Changeable Production and Logistics Systems. In a rapidly changing market environment, manufacturing companies need to plan and realize their production and logistics structures with changeability to remain competitive. Changeability requires, among other things, the consideration of structure-related change enablers and the evaluation of structural variance. This article derives evaluation criteria for structure-related changeability and categorizes characteristics for changeable structures.
