In aesthetic education, transforming one kind of art into another is a common teaching method. Nevertheless, we have no profound knowledge of what exactly happens, when people interpret a picture, a poem or music as dynamic physical movement. !is article presents "rst results of a qualitative study exploring the creation of movements as translations of poems.
