The problem of an infinite plane which is composed of two half-planes with different cubic quasicrystal materials subjected to line phonon and phason forces is investigated. By virtue of the general solution of cubic quasicrystals, a series of displacement functions is adopted to obtain Green's functions in the closed form. For the bonding along the bi-material interface three different models account for different coupling conditions. (c) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
