Abstract
The growing number of international master programs goes along with a growing cultural diversity of students. The main thesis of this article is that the growing diversity of students includes both important challenges and particular benefits for teaching and learning in the higher education context and aims to explore these challenges and benefits on the example of master programs in the field of agricultural sciences by means of the diversity management concept.
