Zusammenfassung, Abstract
A polycrystalline spin valve system (FeMn/Co/Cu/Co) was bombarded in an applied magnetic field by 10keV-He ions in order to manipulate the exchange bias field Heb of this system. For a deeper understanding of the ion-induced changes in exchange biased layer systems, soft X-ray resonant magnetic reflection measurements were performed. First results of element specific hysteresis loops extracted from the reflectivity signal close to the L3 edges of Fe, Mn, Cu and Co will be presented (for the resonant magnetic reflection measurements the configuration corresponded to T-MOKE in p-geometry).
